1. " I Ordered and received a folding blade knife but now the blade seems stuck and I can't get it closed. How to get it closed ?"

All folding blade knives have a locking mechanism that locks the blade in place once it is fully open. This locking mechanism helps protect the fingers from accidental closing of the blade while being used. In most cases there is a small lever that nees to be pushed downwards or inwards to disengage the locking mechanism. In case you are not able to find it, it is is best to call our support to know the precise location of the lever and how this should be done. Please note that one has to be careful while closing and opening the blade.

2. How long does it take to receive the knife I had ordered ?

Generally we stock all our items and the orders are dispatched on the next working day itself. However, in orders that need personalisation through engraving or special packaging - it could take us more time 2-3 days to ship the order.
