Shipping and Returns Policy
- We try to ship all orders on the same or next working day after the order is confirmed. For all COD Orders a confirmation call is made before the order is shipped.
- To provide you with an excellent and hassle free shopping experience - We use DTDC courier to ship all orders.
- All Orders are shipped out of our warehouse facilties in Dehradun and shipping time varies based on your location.
- Once an order ships - you will receive a mail with the details about your shipment. You can use the information contained in the mail to track your shipment. Track Your Shipment
- We have had bad experiences with the INDIAN POST SERVICE and hence WE DO NOT GENERALLY SHIP VIA INDIAN POST for pin codes not serviced by DTDC. In case your pin code is not serviced by DTDC please call our customer care on how you can place an order or can request your order to be dispatched via Indian post..
- All COD Orders require an aditional 200 INR towards COD processing fee. Please note that this amount is to account the high COD Costs with our shipping provider Fedex.
- All personalisation orders like engraving need additional shipping time. This may vary from 2-3 days over and above the usual processing time. In all cases you will be duly notified of your order.
Knife India guarantees utmost satisfaction to all customers. However, in the unlikely case that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we have a no-hassle return policy. In case you receive a damaged/defective product, please get in touch with us no later than 2 business days of receiving the order, at firstname.lastname@example.org or +91-135-2686623, and we will review your complaint, and exchange the item or give you a full refund. Customers are responsible for bearing the return shipping charges. The returned item has to be shipped back to us no later than 14 days of receiving the order.
Note 1: We need the items returned in the state they were received. The items should be undamaged and unwashed, with their tags intact, and sent back to us in their original packing.
Note 2: Any items that have been personalized would not be returned under any circumstances.
Note 3: All refunds are processed on a weekly basis and are initiated on the Wednesday of each week. Kindly give 1-3 days after the date for the funds to show up in your account.
